Following a season played behind doors, we were briefed by 2021 NBA Champions, the Milwaukee Bucks to develop and execute an audience lead generation for their 2021-22 season ticket campaigns.
WePlay implemented a tailored creative and messaging strategy designed to maximise engagement and conversion among key audience segments. To navigate the challenges posed by iOS privacy updates, we built a ‘walled garden’ environment within Facebook, ensuring precise targeting and tracking.
Our strategy included:
- Hyper-Personalised Creative – Custom messaging and visuals tailored to different fan segments, driving stronger engagement.
- Optimised Lead Generation – Utilising auto-populated lead forms native to Facebook, streamlining data capture and reducing friction in the sign-up process.

Working in partnership with Milwaukee Bucks, WePlay successfully delivered results across a range of core workstreams, including an increase in ticket sales for the 2021-22 season.
