Bi-annual salary reviews. Proactive pay increases to reflect growing responsibilities alongside personal development plans.

Holiday

We're very proud to offer our team 30 days of paid annual leave per year, plus public holidays.

Company Bonus

Everyone at WePlay who has been with us for at least six months is rolled into our company bonus scheme.

Hybrid Working Model

We currently work on a 60/40 hybrid working model, encouraging the team to come to the office three days a week.

Sporting events

Training and Development

We provide training budgets for employees to take part in courses and attend conferences. We also schedule regular knowledge sharing sessions, and WePlay Academy sessions with special guests.

Socials

As you'd expect for a company with Play in its name, we enjoy socialising. Every Thursday we finish early to grab a drink, shoot some pool or play table tennis. Once a month we also have a bigger social doing something fun as a group.

Player Awards

We love a celebration. As you grow at WePlay, we'll celebrate you with monthly and annual awards. Those recognised as outstanding Players receive special benefits.

Pension

We’ll automatically enroll our team in the Smart Pension scheme, where we offer a 3% employer contribution. Employees can opt out of this, if you’d prefer.
