WePlay and Wes Myron partner to increase brand awareness and social reach

Brief
WePlay were appointed by ex-NHL player Wes Myron to develop his own personal identity and develop awareness of his brand ‘Wes Myron Fitness’ and the Elite Performance Lifestyle (EPL) Plan. WePlay were tasked with building the Wes Myron Fitness brand and online following by managing his social channels (Instagram & Facebook).

Approach
WePlay developed a six-month Instagram and Facebook content strategy for Wes Myron. This included developing his brand positioning, TOV and content look and feel. Engaging static and animated content was created with a view on focusing on the four building blocks from the EPL (fitness, motivation, nutrition and focus). Paid media was utilised to amplify selected content to reach and engage new audiences that we had defined would align with the positioning of the Wes Myron brand.

As his brand credibility has increased dramatically, WePlay is now in the position where, alongside brand growth, Wes and his team can begin to attract paid partnerships and develop a direct-to-consumer strategy for EPL.
