Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced admin professional to join our award-winning sports marketing agency as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager. In the role you will be responsible for the smooth running of the WePlay office on a day-to-day basis, as well as acting as an Executive Assistant to the company executives.


  • Managing the diary of the Executive Team and the booking of meetings
  • Attending meetings with the WePlay board, senior management and the taking of minutes
  • Welcome guests and ensuring meeting rooms are well maintained and stocked with refreshments
  • Organising company events or tickets to conferences
  • Ordering stationery, furniture and other office supplies
  • Managing office supplies budgets alongside the finance manager
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Dealing with correspondence and queries, including managing inbound Careers applications
  • Booking transport and accommodation where required
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date and liaising with the building manager
  • Using a range of software packages such as project and task management, file storage and financial


  • 1-2 years experience in a relevant admin role
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mac OS
  • An interest in the digital media and sports industry’s is a bonus
