Job Summary

We currently have an opening for a Digital Designer. You’ll be joining the design team and will work directly under the Creative Director.

It will be your job to help develop and bring campaigns to life, making them both engaging and visually appealing. You will collaborate and be responsible for conception, creation, designing, animating, editing, adapting and managing visual outputs for clients.

The role also comes with plenty of opportunities to handle your own projects and work with autonomy and freedom but also requires independent and creative thought.


  • Working alongside the team to produce a high level of creative content for our clients, including content for social, email, web and advertising campaigns
  • Focus on brand identity and content designed for brand awareness
  • Working on all in-house design from presentations to website design
  • Manage creative briefs and liaise with the creative studio across the creative output
  • Working closely with the creative team to develop from concept through to completion
  • Follow the client’s brand guidelines, ensuring that all work accurately reflects the message
  • Creation of .jpeg, .png, and other electronic files for use by team and their clients

Time Allocation

  • 60% – Graphic Design – Creating new visual concepts, developing and resizing for different formats
  • 30% – Motion Design – Animations and video assets for internal and external campaigns
  • 10% – Creative insight – Participating in creative and brief meetings, bringing insights and solutions for campaigns


  • 3+ years of experience working in the area
  • A solid visual portfolio showcasing experience and creative abilities
  • Strong knowledge of the digital and social media formats
  • Sophisticated sense of typography and an understanding of what good design is
  • Experience working in the sports industry
  • Fundamental understanding of design
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite required (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Keynote and HTML5 skills are preferable
  • Experience using the Mac OSX operating system
  • Comfortable with presenting creative ideas to senior management
  • A willingness to learn
  • A passion for building relationships and a clear understanding of the processes required to ensure client retention
